PARAMUS, NJ; March 6, 2006 ---
Dataprobe, a leading manufacturer of innovative technology solutions for networking, systems and site management, announced it has expanded its sales presence and business development opportunities by opening a new office in Senlis, France. The site serves as Dataprobe's first satellite office, and officially began operations March 1. The announcement comes after the company achieved record sales and revenues in 2005.
The new facility will allow the company to pursue more international customers and reseller relationships, while serving as a hub for business development, sales and training. Dataprobe will continue to develop, manufacture and sell its customized remote management and networking solutions from its headquarters in Paramus, NJ.
Eduardo Lindner was recently hired to manage the facility and its objectives. As Director of International Sales, Lindner will lead the strategic business development for Dataprobe and assembling the distribution channels throughout the European Union (EU). He will apply his more than 10 years experience in international sales, sales management, direct sales and strategic channel development to establish Dataprobe in new and emerging markets.
"Dataprobe has long focused on cultivating international business relationships and developing products for EU customers," said Lindner. "The local European presence will advance those strategies and provide a foundation for establishing new transcontinental business objectives."
"The European Union represents tremendous possibilities for the expansion and growth of our business," said David Weiss, President of Dataprobe. "We look forward to introducing our business and product offerings in new markets, while continuing to build relationships with customers and channel partners. With Eduardo's expertise and a new springboard for our operations, we anticipate another exceptional year in 2006."
Dataprobe experienced unparalleled success in 2005, with sales revenues increasing from $5.2 million in 2004 to more than $9 million in 2005. The company posted record sales for its flagship product, the iBoot, selling more than 6,000 units in 2005, with sales projected to continue to increase in 2006.
